How do I pay?
For now we accept cash on delivery only. You pay once the product is in your hands, not before.
What does shipping cost?
The cost depends on the value of the order, so the more you order at once, the less you pay for delivery.
- Orders under 1,000 Lekë: 300 Lekë
- Orders over 1,000 Lekë: 200 Lekë
- Orders over 3,000 Lekë: 100 Lekë
- To Kosovo: 4 Euro
If the order weighs more than 7 kg, another 50 Lekë is added for each kilogram above that.
How long does delivery take?
In Tirana
We prepare and send it the same day. We work Monday to Friday 8:00 to 15:30 and Saturday 8:00 to 12:30. Sunday we rest.
Other cities
The post collects deliveries every day at 16:00, Monday to Saturday. Any order placed before that hour goes out the same day, while later ones are prepared the following day.
To Kosovo
We prepare and dispatch the order the same day. From the moment it leaves the post office, delivery takes 10 to 15 days.
