GAMA Warranty is an optional extra that resolves the problem quickly when a product has a factory defect. It is not compulsory, it simply saves you time.
What exactly is GAMA Warranty?
Within the first year of warranty, if the product has a factory defect, the problem is resolved in 1 to 2 days. Without it you have to wait for the standard process: the courier collects the product, it goes through our service department and then comes back.
It covers factory defects only. Physical damage is not included.
Can I add it after buying?
No. GAMA Warranty is chosen only at the moment you add the product to the cart, during checkout.
Does it carry over to the replacement product?
GAMA Warranty belongs to a single product and ends once that product’s problem is solved. You can take it again for the replacement if you want, but it does not transfer by itself.
Is it refunded if I never use it?
No. If you do not need it during the warranty year, its value is not returned.
